Celebration Cakes By Carol are made using as many local ingredients as possible, stone ground flour from Kirton Lindsey and Lincolnshire butter for example, and can be adapted for special dietary requirements i.e./ gulten or dairy free. The cakes are designed to compliment the theme of the day, and any variety of cake can be sampled at the initial consultation. They range from perfectly plain to stylishly simple, elaborately elegant and daringly different.
